I try to buy a house as a first time buyer. I have an agent who's doing well to get this for me.
He told me that I have a purchase contract between me and the owner will receive the property. How do I do?

Your agent must have a "purchase and sale" agreement, which must be completed to present to the provider. If the agent is one of them, you have to find another broker. You do not need a lawyer to manage it as if it is a real estate agent.
