"In Mexico, the problem of malnutrition has quickly from a problem of very few calories, a problem of too many calories away."
If it is not clear, I mean, "In Mexico, the problem of malnutrition quickly to a problem of too few calories for one last problem too many calories."
My teachers from a circle as a mistake, but not correctly. And he? How does a native speaker say?

For some reason I find no error in his sentence. Perhaps he has "changed quickly, instead of" Quick Change ", but this is too strenuous.
It may be semantics. Instead of "servant" use "Last To Be" (now). But once again, taking it too demanding.
Maybe you should ask the teacher what he saw. As a Spanish-speaking people is not a fault to be found.
"He could change quickly" to be fast rather than "servant", but I agree with the previous answer, which would take up too much.
I think the mistake would be "very few calories, may be the right" low calorie "
