If these points are transferred from one state to another. But injuries do not count on the ticket you receive for driving with an expired license.

Driving without a seat belt is not a point in the CA. But the bill still have to pay. Pleading not guilty of the license has expired and tell the judge that you do not know, but now the AC is. All they can do is still find him guilty. Court for an extension if you can. You can do it yourself online. Then, if the court if your site is in Los Angeles.
